I haven't played the game, but I have experienced motion sickness in first-person games. Specifically, it was Powerwash Simulator at 4k on a 43" display, and it was ... after I consumed a naturally-occurring substance from an annual, dioecious, flowering herb with serrate leaflets. My solution at the time was to put it back on a smaller 1440p display (and to stop playing while under the influence of psychoactive substances), but the game developer built a motion sickness mode that I can best describe as "mouselook is disabled when you're standing still."
