Looks like the NoxBox will be going under for surgery today or tomorrow... lulz...

256MB?

I don't think you'll be able to fill that anytime soon.

I know I'm an asshole.

Good stuff man.

Man, I haven't had good wings in forever....

Well, I have been nursing a horrible addiction to smoked turkey wings, but those are two different things entirely.

Can of coke is awesome for cooking all kinds of meat, even better is Dr. Pepper but we didn't have any.

Root Beer also works incredibly well... but it does leave a noticable flavor that some people may not be keen on (I love it though).

I think Dr Pepper would work great.

For those who don't know it breaks down the meat and tenderizes is as well as gives good flavor. But I'm sure you all know this already.

My Dad tried that once with some steak, it... wasn't as good as I thought it would be. It wasn't bad, but "normal" marinade/spices works much better.

The recent movie version of 21 Jump Street is very entertaining. Happy 4th everyone!

It also does something huge for the caramelization process... and that's where a lot of the flavor comes from in most any cooked meat. Very, very tasty!

Still haven't installed the second SSD and RAM kit, been too busy with the 4th celebrations yesterday and now the dreaded kitchen cleanup this morning. And I'm pretty sure I'm going to have to completely redo the cabling in my case because finding an SATA power cable to reach just the one SSD was almost impossible a few weeks ago. In fact if you watch my Youtube video you'll find out that the SSD is actually just floating loose next to the PSU in my case, heh.

Also hard to tear myself away from WoW in my spare time.... yup, I re-upped my subscription! Got two new toons rolled on Drak'Thul and Feathermoon, and been playing the heck out of the undead hunter on Drak'Thul.

Oh yeah and spent an hour yesterday searching Undercity for a damned riding trainer only to find out there isn't one there.... closest one is in Brill. Dammit.
