Because I didn't own the N64 until after the PS3 came out Also, it was the only N64 Zelda title at the GameStop I raided immediately after I private-party bought the N64.

Started playing The Witcher. The OTS view feels comfortable because it reminds me of Mass Effect, but the controls make me feel like a dumbass at this point. I keep hitting Space to jump but it pauses the game, and the attack mechanic is just weird.

Also, Triss emerges from consciousness and Geralt immediately bangs her? Ruthless, man.

I'm glad I had the presence of mind to install Webmin on the Retropie and on Mario's laptop. Don't have to worry about them going out-of-date because I haven't bothered to log in to the console and run apt update

We need a new firewall at work, Ive been told we should get a Cisco ASA by management. Id rather get something like a Sophos due to the price and configuration ease difference

I'm okay with ASAs. Haven't looked at the Firepower ones though.

It's so much easier to tell the Epson Artisan 835's Linux driver what a printer's new IP address than it is to tell the Windows driver the same thing.

Still bamboozled by The Witcher's control scheme. Getting better at it though.

Got an order from Monoprice in! 24 port 1U keystone patch panel along with a wall bracket to mount it. And 20x CAT6 keystone jacks, at 59 cents each!

That hole in the wall will eventually have a double gang low voltage old work bracket put in it, and some sort of 2 gang wall plate that will allow all the CAT6 from various locations in the house to come in. So eventually it won't be that ugly - but it doesn't matter, no one will see this but me.

I got pretty close to what you might call 'drunk' last night off Fireball and SoCo. It was so freaking awesome, and I slept like a bear... at least 6 hours worth of sleep and that's the first time I've gotten more than 4 hours of sleep in one shot in weeks, maybe even months.

Me and coffee are good good friends this morning.
