Recently we at GameBeat have had the privilege of being accepted into the OnLive beta, and we wanted to give our readers a look at what the OnLive service has to offer. What better way to do this than with a 720p High Definition...

So I just got done playing some more DiRT 2 via OnLive, this time at around 7:30PM Central Standard Time.

This time there was NOTICABLE input lag that made the game nearly unplayable - I would estimate the lag at around 1/4th to 1/2 a second at it's very worst. I must have been connected to a server in Saudi Arabia.

I got in on it as well, i don't think it likes wireless to much cause I keep getting the network problem box popping up in the lower left corner.

EDIT: of course now I go and read their technical support faq and wi-fi isn't officially supported. >_<
