Epic battle is finally over, YouTube WINS against Viacom!
 

In a world where... err.... ahem sorry I've been watching too many movie trailers on YouTube. :D

Anyway, according to this post on Google's blog YouTube has been granted a request for summary judgement against the media giant Viacom in regards to the long fought battle over copyright mumbo jumbo. In short the court decided that YouTube should be protected by the terms of the DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) and... well... Viacom can go take a flying f$&$ through a rolling doughnut.
